Depending on the fare rules which apply to your booking, you may have to pay change or cancellation fees if you wish to change or cancel your booking. Please refer to the Fare Types
guide for more information. You will have to pay a service fee if you call V Australia's Guest Contact Centre to make, change or cancel a booking - see below.
Guest Contact Centre Fees
You will have to pay a service fee if you call V Australia's Guest Contact Centre
to make, change or cancel a booking. You do not have to pay a booking fee if you make a booking on V Australia's website

Credit Card and Debit Card Surcharge
In line with industry practice, V Australia charges a surcharge for fares paid by credit cards or debit cards.Payments by credit or debit card attract a surcharge per passenger per booking which will be added to the total price of your fare when you select your credit card or debit card type on the payment screen.
