Cancellation and no-shows

Before day of departure 

• Permitted.  Fee of AUD$550 per person applies.  Balance of fare refunded in accordance with Refund Rules in Conditions of Carriage. 

On or after the day of departure 

• Not permitted. Fare forfeited
