Information for Guests who Travel with a Carer

V Australia takes your safety and comfort seriously.

If you have a medical condition which could affect your ability to evacuate the aircraft in an emergency, or to understand crew instructions you may need to travel with a carer. 

Similarly, while our Crew can assist in moving about the cabin and opening or identifying food, we are unable to assist with toileting, eating or administering medication during flight.  If you require assistance with these tasks, you should also travel with a carer.
