• VA 1 to VA 49 are operated by V Australia and depart from the International Terminal.
• VA 50 to VA 199 are operated by Pacific Blue or Polynesian Blue, and depart from the International Terminal.
• VA 200 to VA 1999 are operated by Virgin Blue, and depart from the Domestic Terminal

Cairns airport is located approximately 8 km north from the CBD.
 

Opening Hours:

Virgin Blue counters are staffed Mon-Fri and Sun 4.30am -10.00pm, and Sat 4.30am - 7.30pm. Team members are available to process bookings and changes Mon-Fri and Sun 4.30am - 7.30am and 9.00am - 10.00pm, and Sat 4.30am - 7.30am and 9.00am - 7.30pm.

Taxi phones are located in the arrival halls and the taxi ranks are directly outside outside the terminal.
 

Airport Transfers:

Australia Coach operates an airport shuttle bus service to hotels and the city centre. Sun Palm Express Coaches operate services to the Northern Beaches, Palm Cove, Port Douglas and Cape Tribulation.
